Patriot Pre-Order Is Open: Cole Weston's Debut Album Arrives November 1

Some records are made in a studio. Patriot sounds like it was made after the last gate got shut. The debut album from Cole Weston is now open for pre-order at the Grant Music Group store, and it arrives everywhere we sell it on November 1, 2026.
Cole is a country recording artist and a working rancher from outside Billings, Montana. He writes country the way he works — honest, on time, no extra shine. His songs get written in the truck, on the porch, and after the day's fence work is done. His creed is short enough to fit on a feed-store sign: handshake deal, fence first, word still counts. Patriot is that creed set to a traditional country live band.
What's on Patriot
Patriot is ten songs and a Fourth of July bonus — land, word, a woman who left, and a truck that still starts. Here's the full tracklist:
1. Dirt Don't Lie — a work song where the land keeps score.
2. Patriot — the title track. Not a costume.
3. Slide That Hat — an uptempo two-step built for the honky-tonk floor.
4. Being White Ain't Wrong — a midtempo anthem. Firm, not angry.
5. Eighty-Five Ford — a truck song. Rust in the paint. Still starts.
6. She Went West — a ballad. Taillights on the dirt; the porch stayed put.
7. Billings Saturday — a Saturday-night shuffle that gets home before Sunday.
8. Wind Through the Pines — a slow hymn for Granddad's trees.
9. Handshake Deal — the creed song. If the word ain't good, nothing else works.
10. One More Sunrise — the album closer. Still here. Still mine.
Bonus: 1776 — porch lights, sparklers, and a flag in the mix, with no marching-band cheese.
The sound
Cole sings in a gravelly low baritone, close to the mic, with a slight twang and a voice that sounds lived-in. It's not pretty and it's not pop, and that's the point. Behind him is a real country band: live drums, bass, acoustic guitar, Telecaster and pedal steel. No autotune. It's the same man on every Patriot track, start to finish.
